Return & Shipping Policy

ONLINE ORDERS: 

 

We will gladly issue store credit for merchandise returned in their unworn, unwashed & smoke-free condition with tags attached within 14 days of delivery date. We do not offer refunds at any time. 

 

ALL RETURNS ARE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY. We do not currently offer direct exchanges online. Please contact us at vintagevogue@ymail.com if you have any questions about an exchange. 

 

All items purchased with a discount code/temporary sale of more than 20% off are a FINAL SALE. No returns, store credits, or exchanges. 

 

Intimates cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Orders CANNOT be canceled after they have been placed. Store credit will be issued to orders IF the merchandise is eligible. 

 

Need your order shipped instead of store pick-up? No problem. We’re happy to ship to you! Please note any orders under $175 that need to be shipped will be emailed an invoice for $14.95 shipping fee. If the shipping fee is not paid within 72 hours, the order will be fulfilled for store pick-up. It is the responsibility of the customer to contact the store to pay a shipping fee if the original invoice is not paid within 72 hours. 

 

We do our best to fulfill orders as soon as possible, but please allow 2-5 business days for orders to be processed. Once orders are shipped they should be received within 2-7 business days. There may be additional delays due to weather, holiday or delivery service exceptions beyond our control. We accept returns from USPS, UPS, and FedEX - whatever works best for you! If your return is not postmarked within the 14 day return window, your order will remain at the store for pick up until a full shipping fee is paid to send the merchandise back. 

*Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Please contact us at vintagevogue@ymail.com if your package is lost or stolen, and we will be happy to assist you in locating your package. You can also log onto www.usps.com to file a missing package or damaged package claim.
